JCL Selected as a Properly Managed Institution (2021)

In the Immigration Services Agency's 2021 review, JCL was designated a Properly Managed Institution.

On October 11, 2021, the Student and Trainee Examination Division of the Osaka Regional Immigration Services Bureau notified JCL that the school had been designated a Properly Managed Institution for 2021.

What this designation means

The Immigration Services Agency of Japan reviews Japanese language institutions on how they manage student enrollment. Institutions found to have no particular problems in that management are designated as Properly Managed Institutions.

What it means for students and families

At a designated institution, the documents required for a Certificate of Eligibility application are simplified, which lightens the paperwork for students and their families.
