Documents required after the interview

- Application form and CV (on our forms — we will send them to you)
- Passport photographs
- Copy of your passport
- Copy of your residence card, both sides — if you live in Japan
- Graduation certificate (or certificate of expected graduation) from your last school
- A Japanese test certificate, or a document showing your hours of Japanese study
- Result of your country's university entrance examination, if you took one
- Family register / civil status certificate
- From your financial sponsor: statement of financial support and income survey (our forms), certificate of employment, family register certificate
